You have  been of great assistance to me in the development of Gilmartins from a £6m business when we first met to our current circa £20m turnover.  You have  been able to help me in some of the bigger decisions that I have had to make as the business has developed. You have  been both challenging and supportive and been able to bring a welcome perspective.
